The Dutch company Evers Agro has developed a series of advanced solutions that enable farmers to cultivate their soil efficiently, economically, and sustainably — without the use of chemicals and with minimal disturbance of the soil structure. Among the latest technologies are the Lundy Flachschneider, EcoTill Tiefenlockerer, and Quadro Disc Kombi Schlitz-Injektor with hose system — three machines that combine mechanical precision with environmental responsibility.

The Lundy Flachschneider was developed as a patented solution for fully mechanical vegetation control, eliminating the need for glyphosate and ploughing. The machine cuts plants just below the soil surface, at a depth of about one centimetre, separating them from the roots and preventing regrowth. The cut plant material remains on the surface, forming a protective mulch layer that preserves moisture and protects the soil from drying out. Thanks to its precise parallelogram suspension and spring elements, each cutting unit adapts to the terrain, ensuring an even and reliable operation. In this way, Lundy provides clean, controlled vegetation management without chemical treatment, making it ideal for organic and regenerative farming.
The EcoTill Tiefenlockerer represents a new generation of subsoilers designed to improve soil structure without mixing layers or turning the soil. This machine breaks compacted layers up to a depth of 50 centimetres, improving water infiltration, aeration, and root development. Its unique tine design and pre-cutting discs prevent residue build-up, ensuring continuous operation. Heavy cast-iron rollers at the rear compact and level the surface, enhancing stability and reducing moisture loss. With multiple configurations and optional hydraulic stone protection, this model is suitable even for the most demanding soil conditions.
The Quadro Disc Kombi Schlitz-Injektor with hose system combines proven Evers technology with a modern solution for minimal soil compaction. The hose system ensures precise slurry application directly into the soil, with reduced fuel consumption and a more even distribution of nutrients. Its robust frame and well-balanced hydraulic layout transfer traction power directly to the centre of the machine, maintaining stability and consistent pressure. ISOBUS integration enables flow control and automatic dosage regulation in real time.

Evers Agro’s philosophy is based on the belief that high-quality soil cultivation does not have to conflict with environmental protection. All machines are developed in cooperation with farmers, to ensure long-term soil fertility and reduce production costs. From ultra-shallow mechanical cutting of vegetation to deep loosening without ploughing, Evers Agro demonstrates that the future of agriculture lies in technologies that preserve soil — the most valuable resource of every farm.
