Bees and Flowers in the Spotlight: France Hosts National APIdays 2025

Across France, from June 12 to 14, 2025, the national event APIdays will raise awareness about bees and beekeeping. Organized by the “Bee Sentinel for the Environment” program, the event aims to highlight the crucial relationship between bees and plants.

This year’s theme, “Bees and Flowers – Love Stories Worth Saving”, will be brought to life through workshops, podcasts, and educational activities designed for all ages.

Children will enjoy meeting Pompon the Bear, the official mascot, who will guide them through fun games and learning activities. Participants will make beeswax candles, play educational games, and discover the secrets of pollination.

With strong support from schools and environmental partners, APIdays 2025 promises to be a major event promoting the protection of biodiversity and the vital role of pollinators.
